Safety in the workplace
Your safety in the workplace is our priority. Munters has zero tolerance for workplace accidents, and every month, incidents requiring medical assistance are tracked and reported to our management team. Systematic risk assessments of our production facilities, including fire safety, electrical installations, and waste and chemical management, are conducted to safeguard your health and safety. Reviews are conducted on all units on a rolling three-year schedule.
To further enhance our safety culture, we have implemented the STOP (Safety Observation Program) and an occupational health and safety program. These initiatives help instill a safety mindset and proactive behavior in all employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.
